Paul Fischerkeller

Chief Business Development Officer

Paul Fischerkeller is a native of Pittsburgh and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania under a partial athletic scholarship, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

After graduating from college, Paul launched a 30+ year career in the highly competitive and complex world of physician professional liability insurance. Paul has developed a rare understanding of the medical malpractice insurance industry as he worked on the corporate and the brokerage side, developing intense knowledge of the industry from all angles. As a senior executive, Paul has handled medical malpractice insurance sales, claims handling, analysis and investigation.

Robert Hall has held roles as CEO, President, and SVP for both private and publicly traded businesses with over 30 years of professional experience in the medical malpractice insurance niche. He has a depth of knowledge in underwriting, claims management, and risk management. He is a six-time published author (fiction), aspiring screenwriter and public speaker.

Jenna M. Schill, CPHRM

Risk & Safety Consultant

Jenna Schill is an accomplished healthcare risk management professional with more than a decade of experience in implementing risk management strategies for a variety of businesses, including placement of insurance policies, development of loss control and mitigation plans, educational initiatives and related preemptive measures. She has worked with medical professionals and their corporate entities to assess professional liability, property, casualty and executive risks, and to recommend appropriate levels and types of insurance coverage. She has also worked with businesses to provide merger and acquisition due diligence and evaluation of transactional risk. Jenna is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management.

Michelle Tuckerman, FASHRM, RN, CPHRM, CPPS

Risk & Safety Consultant

Michelle Tuckerman partners with physicians, advanced practice professionals, and healthcare organizations to reduce exposure, strengthen compliance, and protect both patients and reputations. Drawing on more than three decades of clinical and risk management experience, Michelle helps clients move from reactive problem-solving to proactive, data-informed risk strategies that support safer care and stronger operational performance.

A registered nurse by training, Michelle’s career spans bedside care, clinical analytics, and risk leadership. She brings practical insight into event management, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and claims mitigation – translating complex healthcare regulations and emerging risk trends into actionable guidance. Her approach centers on building trusted relationships and fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Patricia Diskin

Director of Underwriting

Patti Diskin is the Senior Underwriter for MPL Brokers, with nearly two decades of experience managing a wide range of commercial insurance accounts.

Patti has worked for nationally and internationally known insurance, risk management and consulting firms. She understands the needs of both small and large enterprises and has served clients from a diverse range of industries including non-profits, healthcare and physician groups, and transportation companies. She is a graduate of Point Park University where she earned her B.A. in business. She is also a Certified Insurance Service Representative and has her Property and Casualty Insurance license.

Eric Sandbloom

Underwriting Assistant

Eric Sandbloom is an Underwriting Assistant at MPL Brokers, where he supports policy documentation, endorsements, and certificates of insurance. He also works closely with the underwriting team to assist with the addition and removal of providers, helping ensure policies are accurate and up to date.

Information Technology Manager

Chuck serves as Information Technology Manager for MPL Brokers. He focuses on enhanced technology solutions for MPL and its clients. Chuck’s expertise comes from serving as both an in-house technician and as a system administrator for an IT solutions company responsible for delivering IT services to clients. He has also worked as a network administrator for a security solutions company.
